Docs
Ruimteschip Aarde
As showrunner and one of the directors of Ruimteschip Aarde, I led a six-part prime time documentary series in which astronaut André Kuipers shares the awe-inspiring perspective of looking down at Earth from space. Each episode takes viewers on a journey through the Netherlands — guided by experts, naturalists, and never-before-seen images from orbit — to reveal how fragile and interconnected our world truly is.
Goodwill Dumping
A stylised documentary about what happens to donated clothing from the moment it is discarded. The uncomfortable truth about where donated clothes really end up. A film that changed the conversation.
Meet The Soldier
In the Karamoja region of northeastern Uganda, two warriors from opposing tribes have spent their lives in violent conflict. Meet the Soldier brings them face to face in virtual reality, placing each man inside the other's world in an attempt to build understanding where none has ever existed.
Human Playground
Humans at play — from the absurd to the sublime. A global journey into the games we invent. I directed one of the stories.
Het Geldspel
A deep dive into the hidden mechanics of money, debt and the systems that shape our lives.
Solar for Syria
Campaign film for IUCN and Waka Waka
